October 4, 2007 S-B Industries Introduces the Lobster® Tools Cordless Rivet Nut Setter

Perfect Tool for Off-line and Portable Applications Without Compressed Air

St. Louis, MO-SB Industries recently introduced the innovative new Lobster Tools Cordless Rivet Nut Setter, offering industrial manufacturers, automotive repair professionals, HVAC installers, general contractors and more the ability to set rivet nuts anywhere compressed air is not available, from off-line production applications to those that require the freedom of portability.

The Lobster Tools Cordless Rivet Nut Setter Model BN-200 uses a 12v rechargeable Ni-Cd battery to set rivet nuts in #6, #8, #10, 5/16" and 3/8" sizes, plus metric sizes M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10. What's more, the new cordless BN-200 also features a stroke set nut, allowing the operator to control how far the fastener collapses, plus an auto reverse function that automatically engages as the tool is removed from the application.

The portable Lobster Tools BN-200 Cordless Rivet Nut Setter comes packaged in a molded plastic carrying case, complete with battery charger and screw mandrel size of choice.
